Wherever you build, you receive the same Five Star Treatment: direct attention, clear communication and guidance from the first conversation through final handoff.
Waukesha County, our home base
Most of our work centers on Waukesha County, including Muskego, New Berlin, Waukesha, Mukwonago, Brookfield, Pewaukee and Oconomowoc. In Milwaukee County we often build in Franklin and Greenfield. Being close by lets us meet you at your lot, review plans in person, and stay closely involved during construction.
We have also developed communities here, including Apple Hill Estates and Kirkland Crossing in Muskego, along with our upcoming 5 Fields community on Historic Coffee Road in New Berlin.
Counties we serve
Beyond Waukesha County, we build in Milwaukee, Racine, Kenosha, Walworth, Washington, Ozaukee and Jefferson counties. Each area has its own character, from suburban neighborhoods near Milwaukee to more rural land and lake country. If your homesite is somewhere in the region, reach out and we will talk about your project.
How we work, wherever you build
Every project follows the same clear process. We start with a conversation about your goals, lot, timeline, budget, home style and must-haves. A Foundation Meeting aligns everyone on your vision and priorities. Then we plan, price and prepare — reviewing site costs, allowances and design details — before construction and final handoff.
You can build on land you already own or in a community homesite, and you can start from one of our home models or a fully custom design. Model pricing does not include lot or site costs.
Choosing where to build
Picking an area is often the first big decision. Some families want to stay near work, school or relatives; others are looking for more land or a quieter setting. Communities closer to Milwaukee tend to offer shorter drives into the city, while areas farther out often provide larger parcels and a more rural feel.
If you are unsure where to build, start with the city pages below or contact us. We can share what we know about building in each area and help you think through your options, whether you own land already or are still searching.
